Nigerians tricked into selling kidneys in India share horrible tales
Nigerians who claim to have been tricked into selling their kidneys in Indian hospitals have shared horrific tales of their ordeal. In this exclusive sit down with Punch, Martin said he was tricked into selling one of his kidneys for just $7,500 (N1.2m) in 2008
Martins said he had only one reason why he was willing to sell one of his kidneys for that amount: financial independence.
He'd tried to make a meaning out of his life. While growing up, he had dreamt of becoming an engineer but his parents did not have the wherewithal to support his dream.
So when he was approached by his childhood friend, he did not think times over before accepting the offer. He would sell his kidney, his friend, who was also the agent, would make about $1,800 (N300,000), while he would pocket the balance — $5,600 (N900,000). He felt it was balanced Mathematics, but the complexity of the deal was none he could have imagined. Continue...

A soulmate marriage does not at all mean that you have found someone you match up with on all the cards – on all the issues, on everything. That would be the most deadly dull thing to even imagine. Instead, it means you've found someone and they don't ever want to blow out that little light inside you. And you feel the same way about them.
Growing up, seeing my Dad and Mum play the happy couple, holding hands, stealing kisses, made marriage look so easy and beautiful. Hummmm for where? Continue..

Oh yes they are, some of them do worse things behind closed doors. So don’t judge me. I do what I want to do but I can’t do po'rn. Anita is crazy, Anita is this, Anita is that, but I can’t do po'rn. There are some kinds of things I can’t do. If I’m doing business with Afrocandy, it’s movie business not po'rn and it’s my business. Nobody has the right to tell me I shouldn’t do it because she’s this, she’s that. That’s their business.

Doctors Without Borders say control of Ebola epidemic will take 6 months

"The main thing I come back to is that it is deteriorating faster, moving faster than we can respond to. To put it in context with my time with DWB, I really feel that it is like wartime, in terms of fear and nobody knowing what is going on. We need a response in terms of international organizations and states, and it needs to happen now if we want to contain this epidemic. Over the next six months we should get the upper hand on the epidemic, this is my gut feeling. We need people with a hands-on operational mindset to combat the outbreak." she said

Why My Husband Took Ebola To Nigeria –Patrick Sawyer's Wife
In defence of her husband, Patrick Sawyer’s widow has explained why he travelled to Nigeria, despite the fact that he knew he was already contaminated with the Ebola virus. She claims he came down the virus because he had faith in Nigeria’s health system than that of his country:
“I’ve read other reports in other papers about Patrick’s ‘recklessness’. I get where they’re coming from, and they certainly have the right to feel the way they do. However, as Patrick’s widow, I would like to shed some light on this from another perspective. One that only I, his wife, would know.
“I knew Patrick better than anybody else (including himself). He had told me many times in the past how much he didn’t trust the Liberian healthcare system. He would tell me about how a person would get checked in for one thing, and get misdiagnosed and get the wrong treatment as a result. On top of that, Patrick was a clean freak, and told me how filthy a lot of the hospitals were...

Jim Iyke shares his thoughts on good women & why men are afraid of them
Below is what he wrote on his instagram page
"Women are like apples on trees, the best ones are on the top of the tree. The men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and don't want to get hurt. Instead they get the cold manipulating easier climbs. So, the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top because they value quality away from d spotlight. #bae #angeleyes
