Judge Bradlin acknowledged and took into account the days in which Chris had already spent in jail and in rehab, which amounted to 234 days,and reduced the maximum time of one full year, Chris would spend behind bars for the violation to 131 days.
Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, despite the sentence, is optimistic that Chris could get an early release.
