2face Idibia is not called ‘Father of many Nations’ just for nothing. Before 2face got married to his current wife, Annie, 2face had sowed his oats all over the place. Folks even joked that if a woman was finding it hard to get pregnant, she could go to 2face for help. Lmao..
Before he finally settled down, 2face impregnated at least ‘three women’, who all gave birth to kids, who are 2face’s carbon copies. In the end, 2face had to make his choice, and he settled for Annie, leaving Pero and Sunmbo on their own. Sunmbo, who has two lovely boys for him, including his first child, has been able to get a man of her own. She is happily married to a Man Of God, Pastor Adeoye. Not much is heard of Pero anymore, as she has kept a low profile since 2face and Annie wedded.
Paul Okoye/Elshama Benson
One will not forget in a hurry, the drama that played out between Paul Okoye and a lady named Elshama Benson about a year ago. Just a few weeks after welcoming his first born child with his then girlfriend(now wife), Anita Isama, Paul had another baby delivered for him in a London hospital by Anita’s ‘very good friend’(frenemy) Elshama Benson. The weird thing about this is that even as Elshama continues to insist that Paul’s takes responsibility for the child, Paul has blatantly refused. Elshama claims she never slept with any man except Paul, adding that she lost her virginity to him when she was 17 years old.
Wizkid/Sola Ogudugu
Wizkid welcomed his first child with a lady known as Sola Ogudugu. She was said to have met with Wizkid after a perfomance in her former school( Houdegbe North american university,Cotonou,Benin Republic). Initially, Wizkid vehemently denied the child, but with time, he came to accept him. Wizkid and his son, Bolu, are 5 and 6(extremely close). After Sola gave birth to Bolu, with all the drama that ensued, the pair broke up and Wizkid went on to date Tania Omotayo. Well, Wizkid and Tania just recently broke up after almost 2 years together, and rumour has it that Wizkid is trying very hard to warm his way back to Sola’s heart( I hope he succeeds).
Jesse Jagz/ Ngohide Ruby Ann Gyanggyan
Ruby was one of the artists who was signed onto MI’s Loppy Records. It is said that Ruby and Jesse had known each other from childhood. Ruby and Jesse dated for a while after their child was born. Ruby has a seven-year old daughter, Jade, with Jesse. But the both of them have since moved on to other relationships.
Ice Prince/ Bimbo Babatunde
A lady known as Bimbo, got pregnant for Ice prince a while back. When Bimbo, who was then an undergraduate announced it to the world, it came with immediate and outright denial by Ice Prince. Ice Prince denounced both the girl and the baby, and he did not want to have anything to do with them. He even granted interviews denying the duo, this made Bimbo drop out of school, because she couldn’t stand the shame. In a complete twist (his older friends probably spoke some sense into him) ,Ice prince came forward to embraced the child. He admitted that he actually got Bimbo pregnant and was ready to bear his responsibilities as a new father. Ice Prince named the baby after him, Jamal Zamani. Iceprince and his son are so close, and Ice prince takes him everywhere.Well, Ice prince and Bimbo are not a couple anymore. Ice prince has since moved on, and infact he has been linked with numerous ladies since then.
9ice/Victoria Olubulola Godis
After 9ice split from his ex-wife, Toni Payne, he started an affair with a lady known as Victoria Olubulola Godis. Victoria took in and gave birth to a set of twin girls for him.
9ice turned around to deny paternity of the twins. After some time he finally admitted that he fathered the kids, after his denial had caused a lot of trouble. He and Victoria have go their separate ways, and 9ice hinted that he could be getting married soon.

Tiwa Savage also got herself into a controversial marriage, as the man she is married to Tee Billz, is the father of two children with a woman who is based abroad. Initially, Tiwa and Tee Billz denied having a romantic relationship. infact Tee Biilz even insinuated that nothing was wrong with his relationship with his abroad-based baby mama.
It was a huge shock to all when Tiwa and tee Billz announced their engagement and subsequently did their traditional marriage to the detriment of Tee Billz’ baby mama.
Frank Edoho/ Sandra Onyenaucheya /Katherine Obiang
It came as a shock to many, when it was alleged that ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ host, Frank Edoho, was an unrepentant wife-beater. His ex wife, Katherine Obiang, claimed that Frank always battered her at the slightest provocation. Frank however didn’t deny or lay claim to these allegations. The marriage eventually hit the rocks and Katherine and Frank went their separate ways. No sooner had the separation occurred, news started going aound town, that Frank was set to wed another lady named Sandra Onyenaucheya .The rumours turned out to be true and Frank went ahead and wedded Sandra. Sandra is currently in the United states, as she is expected to deliver the couple’s first child together, any time from now.

Foluke’s marriage to Kayode raised a lot of dust. This is because, immediately Kayode separated from his wife, Foluke moved into his house. It caused a lot of controversy, as Foluke was said to be having an affair with Kayode even when she knew he was married to Pastor Bukola. Pastor Bukola has since left everything to God and moved on with her life. Pastor Bukola is the mother of his kids and she has dug herself more into God’s work since her separation from Kayode.

Hon Dino Melaye’s case is quite complicated. Dino and his legitimate wife, Tokunbo, split in a messy way, last year. Before then(whilst still married to Tokunbo), Dino impregnated Nollywood actress, Bisi Ibidapo-obe, and she gave birth to a baby girl, but he has continued to deny the baby till now. Dino, was not even apologetic, after the messy details of he and Bisi’s romance were revealed. Bisi has licked her wounds and moved on with her life. After Bisi’s episode, then came the messy separation from his wife and mother of his kids, Tokunbo. The split was so messy, that human right societies had to wade into the matter, because it was alleged that he was using his enormous powers to deny Tokunbo access to her children and her other belongings. Till date, he and Tokunbo are still working on their divorce. While his messy issues with Tokunbo were still going on, Dino announced to the world that he had found a new heartrob, in the person of Alero Falope, daughter of a popular Anglican minister. Infact, Alero, who is also a divorcee, is said to be the cause of his split from Tokunbo. A January traditional marriage date was announced between the two, but nothing has been heard since then.

This is the most recent controversy in town. Nollywood director, Tchidi Chikere, was previously married to Sophia Chikere for 12 years. Sophia is the mother of his four boys. Suddenly in 2012, Nigerians were shocked to hear that Tchidi and Sophia had called it quits in their marriage. There were allegations and counter-allegations, different stories were told all over the place as to what could have caused the split of the couple. Before anyone could say Jack Robinson, Nollywood actress, Nuella Njubigbo, had packed her bags to Tchidi’s house. This continued to cause controversy, until it reached its peak last week, when Tchidi finally wedded Nuella, in her hometown. The dust the wedding caused is yet to settle.

Sometime Last year, Nigerians woke up to the news that talented movie director, Daniel Ademinokan, and his actress wife and mother of his child, Doris Simeon, had split. It broke a lot of hearts, as Daniel and Doris were regarded as a power couple. What then hurt people most, was to find out that pretty and loved nollywood actress, Stella Damasus, was in the middle of it. It was alleged that Stella and Daniel engaged in an affair while Daniel was still married to Doris. According to sources, this was the cause of the split between Daniel and Doris. Before anybody knew what was going on, Daniel took he and Doris’ only child, together with Stella and her children, and relocated to the United States. It is alleged that Daniel and Stella have secretly tied the knot, but for now it’s still mere speculation.

Philips Ehiagwina, is an American-based business man, who had a wife and children. When he met Ini, he quickly divorced his long-suffering wife and married Ini. His wife, Ruth, has licked her wounds and moved on with life.

Oby’s husband Alex ohas, was formally married to a South-African lady, Fathima Abubakar. Fathima has a child for Alex. Oby and Alex reportedly met when Alex came down to Nigeria on a business trip. According to sources, Alex was so mesmerized by Oby, that he organised a secret wedding between them. It was when the plot was exposed, that he finally dumped his South-African wife.

Kcee’s inner caucus says that Kcee and Ebube Nwagbo were in a serious relationship in the past. Then Anita Joseph came along and started an affair with Kcee. When Ebube found out about it, she threatened to dump him, if he did not discontinue his relationship with Anita. He finally heeded Ebube’s advice and dumped Anita. Then came a lady known as Ijeoma Okonkwo. According to sources, Ijeoma wrestled Kcee away from Ebube, and eventually married him. The union produced a son. In a sudden twist if fate, Kcee remembered his old love(Ebube) and he decided to go back to her, even as he was married with a son. He eventually left Ijeoma and his son, and returned back into Ebube’s arms.

Grace Amah fell pregnant sometime back, and she eventually gave birth to a child. Up till now, she has not disclosed the identity of the father of her child. The only thing she has said is that her child’s father is in London, while sources close to her say that her claim is false. Rumours have it that Grace chose to conceive and have a baby for a man who is already married with four kids. According to them the man is actually working with the National Assembly in the country’s capital city of Abuja and that she chose to hide his identity because she has not been able to convince the man to leave his wife.

Early last year, Funke Akindele, announced to the world that she was finally getting married. Many wondered about the mystery man, until Funke introduced him as Kehinde Oloyede. Kehinde is a man who had been married several times before and has baby mamas all over the place. Many wondered why Funke would want to contend with disgruntled wives and a baby mamas all over the place, but Funke still went ahead with the marriage. The eldest wife of Kehinde, Fadakemi, especially disliked Funke and was said to never have supported Kehinde and Funke’s wedding from the start.
Months after the wedding, Kehinde was reported to have impregnated a certain lady, Modinat Nike Dada. The couple did all they could to cover up the mess, but it eventually came out in the open. It was then Funke knew she had to leave as there were many issues at stake.

Mercy’s wedding to Prince Okojie caused a lot of controversy, because Prince Okojie dumped his wife, Lovely Okojie, to marry Mercy. When the wedding plans of Prince Okojie and Mercy were in top gear, Prince Okojie’s ex-wife surfaced and caused a scene which almost distrupted the wedding plans. Eventually, the wedding between Prince Okojie and Mercy took place and Prince’s ex-wife went home to lick her wounds. Prince and his ex-wife have children together, while Mercy also has a child for him.
